Nothing says summer like cranking up the grill and hanging out with great friends. Throw a little grilling challenge into the mix and you have Summer Grillin' 2010.
You and your friends know that you are the king of the grill, come down to Summer Grillin' and let everyone else know.
We provide the location, the judges and the trophy's. You bring your grill, your recipes and your meats.

CLASSES:
The 2008 and 2009 NY State Grilling Champions, Blazin' Buttz BBQ, will be conducting an intermediate Grilling class at the event. The class is free and will be held at 3:00 pm. Topics will include temperature control, meat selection, marinades, cooking styles and presentation.
BENEFITS:
Summer Grillin' will be hosting a food drive to help those in need. Competitors, judges and guests are asked to bring non-perishable food that will be collected by volunteers. Donations of food will be given to Island Harvest.
